Wouldn’t it be amazing if I knew my strengths, so I could use them to my advantage?

If someone asked you what you were really good at, would you have the answer? Would you be able to say it out loud? Talking about our own strengths sometimes doesn’t come naturally, but it’s vital that you know what makes you brilliant so you can do more of it.

We believe that everyone has two or three ‘Super Strengths’ that they excel in over everything else. In this course, we help you identify these Super Strengths, bring them into sharp focus and help you make sure your colleagues recognise them, too. A big part of career success is playing to your strengths, and being aware of your weaknesses so you can invest time in the right places.

We also discuss how you can identify new, hidden strengths.
